LAC Border standoff: India, China agree to disengage from ‘some of the friction points’, says report

After the standoff that lasted more than six months in eastern Ladakh, it seems India and China are close to a breakthrough over disengagement on the Line of Actual Control (LAC), news agency ANI reported quoting defence sources. The development is in the process after the eight-round of Corps Commander level talks between the two sides held on November 6 in Chushul.
